1. Can anyone participate in the program?
Yes. The Road Runner Rewards Program is open to everyone.

2. Can an existing TCI-DSL.net customer be rewarded for upgrading or adding a new service?
No. The Road Runner Rewards program is only for referrals of new customers.

3. What if my referral doesn't keep TCI-DSL.net service for the minimum 45 day requirement?
If your referral does not stay with TCI-DSL.net for at least 45 days, you will not be eligible to receive the Road Runner Rewards AT&T Pre-Paid Phone Card.

4. What if my referral signed up for service prior to
October 1, 2003?

Sorry, Road Runner Rewards are only available for referrals of customers after 10/1/03.

5. Can I still be rewarded if my referral forgot to mention my name?
Yes. Simply call TCI-DSL.net during regular business hours within 15 days of your referral signing up for TCI-DSL.net service and provide the name of the customer you referred. The Road Runner Rewards program is only available for customers who sign up for TCI-DSL.net service after 10/1/03.

6. Can I receive more than one Road Runner Reward?
Yes! You will receive a Road Runner Reward for each referral that signs up for a service (see Rewards list) and maintains an active account in good standing for at least 45 days.

7. When will I receive my Road Runner Reward?
Your Road Runner Reward will be mailed to you automatically, once your referred customer has remained a customer in good standing for 45 days.

8. What are the Road Runner Reward levels?
Services and their corresponding Reward levels are available from the Rewards list.

9. Can I receive cash or credit instead of a Road Runner Reward?
Road Runner Rewards are available in the form of AT&T Pre-Paid Phone Card in the increments described on the Rewards list. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

10. Can I refer a returning customer for Road Runner Rewards?
Yes. We are always happy to have another customer return to TCI-DSL.net.

11. Can existing TCI-DSL.net Referral Partners participate in the Road Runner Rewards program?
Yes. TCI-DSL.net Referral Partners may participate and will receive Road Runner Rewards every time they refer a new customer to TCI-DSL.net, through the duration of the program.
