Rules and Restrictions

TCI-DSL.net's Road Runnder Rewards program provides us with a way to say "Thank you" to our loyal customers. For more information on the program, see the list of rules and restrictions below.

1. Only services on the Rewards List are eligible for Road Runner Rewards.
2. Both the referring and referred customer must be 18 or older.
3. TCI-DSL.net's Road Runnder Rewards are available for referral of services to new customers only. Upgrades and additional services of current customers are not eligible for Road Runner Rewards. New customers consist of those purchasing services on the Rewards List to any new or returning customer after 10/1/2003.
4. To refer a customer for Road Runner Rewards, simply fill out the online form or call 717-567-2020.
5. Offer is open to anyone residing in the Continental US.
6. Referrers must provide complete contact information for both parties and an e-mail address for the existing customer in order to receive their Road Runner Rewards. Personal information of participants in the Road Runner Rewards program is kept strictly confidential. TCI-DSL.net does not sell or trade customer information to outside parties. 7. Road Runner Rewards may not be combined with any other offers.
8. Road Runner Rewards will be mailed automatically once the referral's account has remained active and in good standing for a minimum of 45 days.
9. Both the referred and referring customers' accounts must be in good standing and paid in full to be eligible for Road Runner Rewards.
10. To qualify for the Road Runner Rewards program, referrals must be submitted by 12/31/2003.
11. TCI-DSL.net reserves the right to withhold Road Runner Rewards distributions at its sole discretion.
12. All eligible taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
